By purchasing from Teyvatavern, you are agreeing to this policy item shipping. All orders are prepared and shipped within 3-7 business days. This depends on stock levels as some items are made to order. An email notification with tracking code will be sent to the buyer once the order has shipped.

HOW I TRACKING MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to one week for the tracking information to become available.
