Products labeled as Official Merchandise means they are from miHoYo’s (developer and owner of Genshin Impact/Honkai: Star Rail/Zenless Zone Zero) own stores (online or offline), or from partnering brands under official collaborations. Fan-made Merchandise are literally not created or licensed by miHoYo but such products are allowed and encouraged by the company. On the contrary, counterfeiting is neither legal or moral. Teyvatavern is committed to not putting pirated replica products into our catalog.

Some new products officially launched are usually pre-sale products, and the delivery time needs to be based on the delivery time of the official product. And because players are too enthusiastic, after the first batch of official products are sold out, the second batch will be scheduled. , so when you purchase a pre-sale product from us, we will immediately lock the product to avoid falling into the next schedule, and will tell you a specific delivery time range via email. Usually we will state at the beginning of the item's detail page whether or not this item is a pre-sale item, if this reminder is not present, then the item should be in stock.

Due to unprecedented changes in US tariff regulations, we must update our shipping policy for US orders to ensure sustainable operations while continuing to serve you effectively. More Details Please Click Here.
